Our security officers: We only choose the best security officers in the industry. We hand select every officer we hire and ensure they pass our strict standards and background checks.

After Hours: Most of your residents may arrive home after normal business hours. While your employees are offsite our security officer will maintain a constant presence with your residents and if any issues arise the security officer will notify the appropriate person. For example a resident with a maintenance issue that cannot wait till next business day.

Dispatch service: Do you have a large property and require security to respond to a specific location quickly? Our security agency will ensure each resident has the 24 hour dispatch line.

Software: We use the most up-to-date software to ensure that our security officers remain proactive. This software allows us to GPS monitor and track our security officers in real time. Each property has different check points and patrol patterns.

Reports: We use electronic reports that ensure all reports are clear and easy to read. Electronic reports allow us to attach pictures, videos and sound clips to reports as needed. With electronic reports clients will get the reports quickly and on time.

Access control: Do you have a private or gated community? Our security officers will ensure only those authorized will enter your property. Allowing your residents to fully enjoy the property and facilities.

Reaction: Although we work to be proactive, At Alpha Security Protection all of our security officers are equipped and trained to respond to any situation. We train all of our security officers to remain professional and courteous regardless of the situation they are facing.
